Our mornings

Thank goodness for Friday and the weekend ahead! We are excited to have our family all back together after a couple of crazy weeks. This weekend we are going to enjoy some time with good friends that are visiting tomorrow and enjoy a birthday party on Sunday for one of Luke's neighborhood friends. We haven't gotten to enjoy too much of the neighborhood being we moved in right smack in the middle of winter, but the few nice days we have had, we have gotten outside and met some of the neighbors and their little ones. Luke has a whole handful of kiddos around his age to play with once the weather shapes up. We are ready for Spring! Supposedly today it is going to reach the mid 50s, but not staying for long!

Below are a few pictures I have snapped of Luke on my phone, he is growing leaps and bounds and his vocabulary is expanding hourly! This is a peak at what our mornings look like! He always wakes up so pleasant, just sitting in his crib waiting patiently for mom or dad to come and get him. He always has to take his "snuggle" with him.

Luke likes to snuggle in mom and dad's bed first thing in the morning to watch Curious George and have a little morning milk

After he "wakes" and gets his Curious George fix, it is Breakfast time! Which usually consists of pancake, banana, or sometimes he gets a bagel with honey walnut cream cheese (that's his special breakfast!)
After breakfast...it's play time...and I don't stop!
Lately, Luke likes to play in the cabinets and play "hide and seek", he likes to scare us and "roar" like a bear too!
