I posted yesterday I was feeling a bit uncomfortable...well, going for a walk was a bad idea. I started having contractions every 3 minutes and they were very intense by the time I arrived home. I called my doctor, who lives just a couple blocks away, and he said to lay down on the couch and if I had 5 contractions within the hour to go on in to Labor & Delivery. Thank god I only had 3 within that hour. Sean was flying home from Denver and I would really like Baby Love to stay inside a little longer! My doctor said going for a walk was not a good idea and I need to be more cautious...so needless to say I am taking it very easy these next couple of weeks! I just thought they were Braxton Hicks until they were coming and going on a very regular pattern. I guess I know better now.

Baby Pictures
Here is a glimpse of what our baby pictures looked like...we are so excited to see what characteristics and traits our Little Baby Love will pick up from "mom & dad"! Sean and I had a great time going through our baby pictures and imaging just what the heck our Sweet Little One will look like...adorable if you ask me! (I may be biased already)

34 weeks...getting closer
Baby Love is growing, growing, growing...this week our Sweet Little One should be measuring right about 4 3/4 lbs and 18 inches long, comparable to a Cantaloupe. (I was thinking more of a beach ball!) We had an appointment on Tuesday, we have a stubborn little one that has decided to stay put and not turn for Mama! Baby is laying pretty much transverse, head completely against my right side/rib cage, butt against my left side. I have been very uncomfortable today for some reason, just not able to get comfortable. The only thing that really feels good is standing, so I am actually just getting ready to go for a walk, hoping some activity will settle this baby down. I am measuring a bit behind schedule as of my appointment on Tuesday so they have us scheduled for another ultrasound next week to do a growth check and make sure my septum isn't hindering Baby's growth. If our Sweet Little Ones head is not down at that appointment, they will try to manually turn it at 37 weeks. Let's hope this one picks back up on the gymnastics and starts doing some flips!
Last night I had a piece of chocolate cake...OH YEAH...my cake I made for our anniversary was surprisingly DELICIOUS! Anyway, all the sugar really got the baby going and it was jumping like crazy, I haven't experienced anything like that, it was pretty amazing!
I hope you all have a great relaxing weekend, summer is winding down pretty fast!

Happy Anniversary!
Today is our 2nd wedding anniversary! We can't believe it has already been two years since our most memorable, picture perfect wedding day! We feel so blessed to be celebrating this day together and reminiscing about our beautiful wedding day, the past two years we have spent as husband and wife, and all the wonderful moments we have yet to experience in the years to come. Here are a few pictures from our wedding day!
Lord, help us to remember when we first met and the strong love that grew between us.
To work that love into practical things so nothing can divide us.
We ask for words both kind and loving, and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.
Dear Lord, we put our marriage into Your hands.
Amen.

Time is flying...
Today we are 33 weeks...7 to go! Baby Love should be about 4 1/2 lbs now and 18 inches long...we will learn next week at our appointment how our little ones growth is. Our sweet little one likes to party all night...keeping me up quite a bit, but I love feeling all the movement! Baby is still favoring my right side, however Monday morning I had lots and lots of foot action on my left side, so that was good to feel movement over there, now let's just hope this little one moves "head down"! Last night we attended our first labor and delivery class, what an eye opener for us both. When we left our class, Sean commented that he has a whole new level of respect for what I am going through and about to experience...and I have had such a great pregnancy! Last night they showed us lots of a different comfort positions and breathing techniques to try during labor, so I got lots of back rubs...that's what I'm talking about! Next week we will take a tour of the birthing center. Our hospital just built a brand new birthing center three years ago, so it is pretty top notch, I can't wait to see the rooms and amenities! I've heard it's like a five star hotel...if that makes any sense, birthing center and five start hotel in the same sentence?!?! At least they try to make it as comfortable as possible.
I apologize I don't have a bump picture at 33 weeks, although when the weekend arrives and things slow down I will be sure to get one. Watch out...the waistline is growing like crazy! I have experienced lots of strangers offer up their thoughts on boy or girl...and they all have a different theory to support their guess. We will soon find out...no intuition from me.

Update on Baby Hudson
Kristin and Landon have received great news ...Hudson is no longer listed in critical condition and they got to hold him for the first time last night just briefly. Today, Kristin spent FOUR amazing hours holding her sweet little boy skin to skin...what great bonding for mom and baby! They are unable to feed him at milk at this time, they need a clean report on his liver and intestines to make sure he will be able to digest milk. They are unsure of his length of stay in the NICU, possibly another two weeks, although that depends on when he reaches the goals they have set for him. They feel very good about the reports they have received and overall today is a GOOD DAY for Landon, Kristin, and Baby Hudson!

Prayer Request
This morning my cousins Landon and Kristin welcomed Hudson Landon Einck into the world a few weeks early, weighing 5 lbs 9 oz, so pretty healthy for three weeks early. He is currently in the NICU because his hemoglobin levels are extremely low. They have given him a few units of blood and are still searching for answers. Please pray for strength for Landon and Kristin during this time, as they can not hold or touch their sweet little boy. Please pray for a quick healing on Baby Hudson and he progresses positively.
I am so proud of Kristin and Landon for following their instinct and going to the ER last night. Kristin new something wasn't right...baby just wasn't as active as he had been. When they got to the hospital they had to take him right then. The staff stated that had they waited another day, Little Hudson would not have made it. Please pray...
